Efeito da seleção natural no tamanho de amostra em autógamas

Resumo

O objetivo deste estudo foi verificar como a seleção natural afeta o tamanho da amostra no método bulk em plantas autógamas. Para isso, foram simuladas configurações considerando a família F24:25. As simulações contemplaram dois valores de duas herdabilidades, considerando 100 locos segregando. O efeito da seleção natural foi avaliado com diferentes tamanhos de amostra os quais foram 50; 200; 1000 e 2000 indivíduos. Conclui-se que a seleção natural proporciona ganhos com um tamanho de amostra acima de 1000 indivíduos durante as gerações de avanço em autógamas.
