Antagonismo in vitro de Trichoderma spp. a Sclerotinia sclerotiorum do feijão comum

Resumen

O controle biológico tem sido pesquisado como uma alternativa para controle do mofo branco na cultura do feijão comum. Assim, o objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar a capacidade antagônica in vitro de Trichoderma spp. sobre Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. Treze isolados de Trichoderma spp. foram avaliados em laboratório por meio de testes de cultura pareada e crescimento do patógeno na presença de metabólitos voláteis e não voláteis produzidos pelo antagonista. Dentre os treze isolados de Trichoderma avaliados in vitro, o isolado CEN550 foi o que apresentou os melhores resultados nos testes com cultura pareada, metabólitos voláteis e metabólitos não voláteis contra S. sclerotiorum, pois inibiu o crescimento do patógeno em 92%, 30% e 94%, respectivamente. O isolado CEN550 deverá ser avaliado em condições de campo.
